Patient Participation Group

We have a Patient Participation Group which meets every two months to discuss all aspects of patient care within the locality. The meetings normally start at 4.30pm but please check with the Operations Manager a few days before if you wish to attend.

Group Make Up

The group consists of Avenue House Surgery and Hasland Surgery patients and representatives from the Partnership.

We would like to invite anyone who has an interest or point to raise, to attend our meeting and"air their views" or gain information about the improvement of care offered.

  • You can attend the meetings on a"one-off" basis or as you choose.
  • You can send in a request for information/ update on events/ changes within the health care system
  • You can contact the Group via the Patient Participation Group (PPG) area on the surgery website or view the minutes of the meetings and the dates of the meetings
